Cancellation Policy
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. If you cancel your booking: - More than 7 days before the activity – full refund or transfer to another date. - 48 hours to 7 days – 50% refund. - Less than 48 hours – no refund. Outdoor activities are inherently affected by the weather and environment. Taylored Outdoors may modify or cancel activities if conditions are unsafe. We may offer similar and alternative activities in place of a refund or on an alternative date.
