Learn to competently fit a climbing harness, tie in and belay in an indoor environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Arrive at 9:00 to meet your instructor and the rest of your group, discuss aspirations and what you want to achieve from the session. (This is normally done on the walk to the crag)
Time to get climbing!
Your instructor will get you kitted up into you climbing kit and off on your first climb. They will demonstrate and explain the safety systems to help you feel confident tackling the wall. Giving you time to practice tying your knots and belaying each other until your feel confident to be left on your own.
Thought the session you will be given handy tips and advice to help you climb better and reach the top of the wall. Don't worry about you ability there is something for everyone in climbing meaning a positive experience for all.
Your session will conclude with a little debrief to recap any information you have forgotten and point you in the right direction for your climbing journey!
EQUIPMENT
We provide all technical equipment including harness, helmet
Clothes suitable for physical activity (Don't forget your suncream or warm layers or waterproofs we will be outside all day)
If you have your own harness or a shiny piece of climbing kit feel free to bring it and we can show you how to use it!

None, (other than wanting to try climbing obviously!)
