WHAT TO EXPECT
Arrive at 9:00 to meet your instructor and the rest of your group, discuss aspirations and what you want to achieve from the session. (This is normally done on the walk to the crag)

Time to get climbing!
Your instructor will get some ropes set up and then get you climbing. They will give you some pointers and tips to make sure your current skills are up to a high standard.
​
You will then move onto the fundamentals of the weekend introducing new knowledge. Placing trad gear, new knotts and much more.
​
Dont worry it won't all just be learning new rope work sills. Every setup you produce, you will get to climb on, giving you the chance to learn to trust the setups you have crated.

Your session will conclude with a little debrief to recap any information you have forgotten and point you in the right direction for your climbing journey!
EQUIPMENT
We provide all technical equipment including harness, helmets
Clothes suitable for physical activity (Don't forget your suncream or warm layers or waterproofs we will be outside all day)
If you have your own harness or a shiny piece of climbing kit feel free to bring it and we can show you how to use it!
PRE-REQUISITES
Must have some climbing experiance either indoor or outdoors and be a competent belayer.
